Welcome to Atop the Fourth Wall, where bad comics burn. In this episode, Linkara looks at a PSA comic where the Justice League lectures us! http://atopthefourthwall.com Originally uploaded February 2nd, 2015. ORIGINAL INFO: See all the thrills and excitement of people standing around lecturing you! RUMINATIONS: This episode resulted in a bit of debate about Women in Refrigerators in the comments section. I maintain that it is still a thing, although it HAS decreased in recent years. It used to be A LOT worse, although the solution tends to be "just keep killing people regardless of gender," which IS one approach to equality, but it also feels like laziness in a different direction - that it's just really difficult to get characters motivated without murdering someone they love at all, ...

Energy justice has begun to find its way into the conversation concerning Hawaii’s energy transition, but what is energy justice? Moreover, why does it matter? The energy transition is not only a technological revolution but an unprecedented opportunity to shift the energy development paradigm to one that makes the state more resilient in the face of climate change, gives underrepresented communities a say over the environmental impacts of energy development, and provides lasting economic benefits to rate payers of all economic backgrounds. This VERGE Talk connects the dots and makes the case for why Hawaii’s energy stakeholders cannot afford to ignore the principles of energy justice.

We are young organizers who care deeply about social justice and human rights. We seek a world where everyone has access to sustainable energy and no one suffers unjustly because of our fossil fuel economy. We believe that fracking presents a grave threat to people everywhere, especially those on the frontlines of extraction. To create a just energy future, we must stop fracking. This summer, SustainUS and Energy Justice Network are launching a joint project called "Energy Justice Summer" to work in solidarity communities directly impacted by fracking in Pennsylvania. From the frontlines of fracking in Pennsylvania to the devastation of Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines, people are suffering and dying because of continued fossil fuel extraction. We need to show that fracking is unacceptab...

Energy justice focuses on a third of the world's population, around 2 billion people, afflicted by energy problems. They are the energy-oppressed poor, who typically make less than a dollar a day and who only have access to the most rudimentary of energy sources, such as three-stone fires.
This is with SOs ONLY during beta. Energy Drain's defense buff needs to be higher but it's still survivable. Still feel squishy compared to other sets. Street Justice is sweet. Odd that the AOE is a targetted aoe that's only 6 ft in size. Other than that, I like it a lot.
